SPN Overview
Scottish Property Network (SPN) was set up in 1996 as a joint venture between Scottish Enterprise and the University of Paisley to promote better market intelligence in Scotland's commercial and industrial real estate markets.
Since 2004, SPN has become part of the the CoStar Group - the largest commercial real estate provider in the US and a NASDAQ 100 company (NASDAQ:CSGP) with over $160 million in annualized revenue. CoStar provides the most comprehensive, verified database of commercial real estate information on the U.S. market. Paul Marples
Paul is the Managing Director of CoStar Europe. A graduate of Oxford University, he has 27 years of experience in the commercial property industry, beginning as a Chartered Surveyor for Weatherall Green and Smith (Atisreal) in London and Spain. He subsequently established Brown Cooper Marples (BCM), a London-based investment brokerage firm, before helping launch Propex.
